Prices:

All online prices on our website www.plectrum-online.com are included with 19% VAT and excluded of shipping-handling costs.

Shipping-handling-costs :

Plectrum-online.com works with standard low ratings for shipping and handling. All orders outside the Netherlands and inside the European Union (EU) are charged with € 4,95 shipping costs. If the order is for an amount of more than € 49,- the shipment will be sent by secure and insured POST NL parcel-service. Those orders have a shipping-handling-rate of € 8,95.

Delivery time:

We work very hard for sending all orders placed before 18.00 o'clock the same day. Depending on the postal services in your country the orders will be delivered in a maximum of five working days. If an item is not available or in stock we will contact you the same day by e-mail. We will make sure that the items will be sent as soon as possible or we will offer an good alternative product.

Payments:

At our webshop we work with payment providers as iDEAL, PayPal and creditcards Visa and Mastercard. Also you can choose for the option to pay in advance by bank transfer. In all cases you will be redirected to a secure payment environment. 

Returning items:

It is possible to return items within a period of fourteen days. We would like an e-mail concerning returning items before this period at the following mail-address: retouren@plectrum-online.nl We work with the code of conduct of the Law Buying Online.
